If you have a complaint or a concern about the service you have received from the Doctors or any staff working in this practice, please let us know. We have an in-house complaints procedure and hope to resolve all complaints within the practice system. Most problems can be sorted out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned.
Complaints should be addressed to Hillary Jackson, Practice Manager, alternatively, you may ask for an appointment with Hillary Jackson in order to discuss your concerns. If the problem is unable to be resolved within the practice, or you feel you cannot raise your complaint with us we will advise you of further action and contacts you can make.
