Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), in consultation with the Local Medical Committee (LMC) and the Information Governance Arden and Gem Commissioning Support Unit (CSU), to control data-security risks and to improve and unify the patient experience across Coventry & WARKS., for those patients who use the ‘myGP‘ app to make appointments, order prescriptions and view their medical record, from 6.30pm on Friday 22nd October, you will be automatically logged out of the app. You can re-login using an ‘NHS login’ if you have one. If not, you will need to create one.
