GP Online Services

The Online Services page has been completely refreshed and provides a comprehensive guide to:

• registering for GP Online Services;
• linking existing Online Services accounts from previous surgeries to Bedworth Health Centre;
• accessing your medical record via GP Online Services; and
• having another patient added to a GP Online Services account, allowing the account holder to make appointments, order prescriptions and, on request, view the medical record on behalf of another patient.

We encourage all patients who have the ability to do so, to use GP Online Services to manage appointments and prescriptions wherever possible. We know that some patients are frustrated at having to wait to get through to the surgery on the telephone, therefore if patients who can use GP Online Services do, those patients that cannot use them for any reason, can get through on the telephone to speak to someone quicker.
